18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement
Effective Date: May 31, 2026
In compliance with United States federal law, all models, performers, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or linked from 1vs1.cam were at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions, to the extent applicable under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and the regulations found at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
All records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations are kept by the applicable custodian of records for the content in question, where required by law. Federal law requires producers covered by Section 2257 to create and maintain individually identifiable records for performers portrayed in covered visual depictions.
